August 2026¶

• Fixed links that did not work: the jumps to Ulga na start and to monthly reports during ZUS vacation opened the page at the top instead of the section, and the old English addresses /en/registration/ and /en/legalization_warsaw/ led to a non-existent page instead of the new one. English pages also get their own "not found" page.
• The guide moved to its own domain — twojajdg.pl. The old sobolevbel.github.io/jdg/… addresses redirect to the new ones automatically, so existing bookmarks and links shared in chats keep working.
• Updated the VAT-UE registration step in CEIDG: the goods/services checkboxes are gone from the form — now you only enter the expected start date of intra-community transactions (screenshot refreshed).
• New page: Full-Service Accounting — when it makes sense to delegate the books, the terms of the guide's partner Legal Tax Level, and an honest section on alternatives.
• The Profil Zaufany page expanded: what you need it for, how to log in (including when the profile was created through a bank and there is no password), how to reset the password and extend its validity.

July 2026¶

• Content revision: updated the minimum income for the karta pobytu (823 zł per family member / 1010 zł for a person living alone as of 2026 — the guide previously cited the 2022 figure of 600 zł), removed stale 2022–2025 amounts and years across the ZUS, tax, and accounting pages, and the family legalization checklist no longer duplicates the entrepreneur's checklist.
• Revamped the support page: donate via Buy Me a Coffee right on the page, a QR code for Revolut, and a section on how to help the guide without money.
• The support button now shows automatically at the bottom of every page (previously it was added manually to only some pages).
• Revamped the home page: "I want to open a JDG" and "I already run a JDG" paths, a 2026 contribution cost summary, a block of important changes (KSeF, VAT limit, ZUS vacation), and a disclaimer.
• Updated the legal bases for obtaining a PESEL: the official tax-purposes basis (KAS recommendation) is now primary; the repealed 2016 regulation and the KRS-act basis were removed.
• The glossary gained pension and benefit terms: IKE/IKZE/OFE, subkonto, waloryzacja, zasiłki, okres wyczekiwania and more.
• New page: pension in Poland for JDG — the calculation formula, the minimum pension and insurance record, what ZUS reliefs cost your future pension, IKE/IKZE, and what happens to the pension if you move abroad.
• New page: sick leave and maternity benefits for JDG (składka chorobowa) — what it costs, how to join, how benefits are calculated, and why you shouldn't sharply raise your base right before childbirth.
• New guide: applying for a karta pobytu via MOS — from 2026 the wniosek is filed fully electronically (the "Legalization in Warsaw" page has been replaced; the old address redirects).
• Updated the legalization guide: electronic filing via MOS instead of regional appointment systems.
• Removed hover tooltips for terms (underlines in text) — the glossary remains a separate page.
• Refreshed inFakt screenshots in the monthly workflow, settings, and migration guides — current 2026 interface.
• Added instructions for getting a health insurance certificate from ZUS and updated the section on proving insurance for legalization.
• Added instructions for paying taxes via the Bank Millennium website, plus links for generating a mikrorachunek and checking payments on urzadskarbowy.gov.pl.
• Added a section on the pitfalls of ZUS holidays, including the catch when moving from Preferencyjne to Duży ZUS.
• Added a warning: if you have an authorized representative, the RWN certificate first arrives in their Skrzynka odbiorcza.
